How to Apply

Documents Required for Admission

Students who successfully completed the General Education Diploma or its equivalent with a total mark of not less than 55% may enroll in all programs. For Computer Science specialization, the student is also required to have studied pure mathematics.

The following documents must be attached:

General Education Diploma Certificate or equivalent.

Transcript of the Certificate.

Four Passport Size Photos (Blue Background) (4×6) cm.

Application for Admission and Signature on a Pledge prepared by the College.

For MoHERI-sponsored students, the Approval of the Ministry is required.

Copy of ID Card and Copy of the Passport.

Admission and Registration Procedures

The applicant shall approach the Admission & Registration Department with all required documents.

The application form with student's name, personal data, study fees, transportation and accommodation details is filled in.

Once the Registration Department approves, the student's information is entered in the student information system and a unique college ID number is issued.

The student proceeds to the Finance Department to pay the registration fees for admission.

The student is advised to take the CBPT to determine the level of study to join in GFP, as per the GFP Bylaw.

Students who already have a Foundation Certificate or equivalent as per OAAA guidelines can directly proceed to the academic programs.

Students who join academic programs will choose courses through the online registration system in consultation with their academic advisor.

Once courses are chosen, the student will receive the timetable and study plan through the college's online portal.

Admission to all courses will be absolutely based on the availability of seats.

Transfer from Other Colleges or Universities

After satisfying the conditions of admission to the college, students from other colleges or universities may transfer to the college in case of having available seats.

The student must meet the following conditions:

The student must be transferred from a recognized university, university college, or college.

The previous study shall follow the same attendance system.

Previous courses can be equated per college regulations — no more than 50% of study plan courses shall be equated.

Genuine course description, Transcript, and Foundation Certificate required.

Payment Mechanism and Instalments

A. Full Payment

Students need to pay 100% of the total due before the Midterm Exam.

B. Instalments
Down Payment

Pay 50% of the total due before the Midterm Exam.

Second Payment

Pay 100% of the remaining due before the Final Exam.
