Student Affairs Department
The philosophy of education at OCMT stems from the student is a hub of educational process. And since we at the college have identified set of attributes that we aspire to achieve in each one of our students, we in the student affairs department assume this responsibility mainly. Where we are working according to clear plans to enhance students personality, provide them with the necessary skills, train them and educate them in a scientific manner to support and enhance the knowledge which they acquire in the academic aspect.
In this context student affairs department has worked to provide an integrated system to accommodate students' interests and direct it through the establishment student advisory council supported with the group of student clubs. The college also devoted an important part of its capabilities for carrying for students' mental and social health through the social & psychological counselling office and a clinic to provide health care. In the same context the college was keen to enhance its relationship with its graduates through the training and career guidance office and office of alumni follow up.

Training & Career Guidance Office
CareerResponsibilities:
✅ Providing training letter to students & Alumni
✅ Organize workshops
✅ Keep a record of all students who have completed their training

Student LifeResponsibilities:
✅ Implement activities plan
✅ Poll students' opinion & suggestions
✅ Represent students in different committees at the college
✅ Represent the college in the external activities & events
Clinic
Health CareResponsibilities:
✅ Provide first aid services to students and referring emergency cases to the nearest hospital
✅ Provide confidential advice to students & staff
✅ Organizing activities related to raising students' awareness about health issues
✅ Participating on the college health & safety committee
International/Foreigner Students
InternationalThis office looks after the international/foreigner students and provide them with the necessary information and guidance before and after joining the college.
